Do we need technical staff to work with Siri Forge?
Not at all. Our services are built around your existing team, regardless of technical background. For the Quick-Start Package in particular, we do all the translation work — you receive plain-language guidance you can act on without needing an IT department.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the service. The Quick-Start Package runs two weeks. Logistics & Fleet Optimization takes around ten weeks. The Innovation Lab setup spans twelve weeks. We share a clear timeline and key milestones at the start of every engagement.
Are these services suitable for businesses outside Bangkok?
Yes. While our team is based in Bangkok, we work with businesses across Thai provinces. On-site visits are built into certain services; for others, remote collaboration works well. We discuss logistics at the scoping stage.
