Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging our consulting services. By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with Siri Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" means any consulting, advisory, or training engagement provided by Siri Forge.
• "User" or "Client" means any individual or entity accessing this website or purchasing a Service.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means Siri Forge, registered in Thailand.
• "Content" means all text, reports, guides, playbooks, and other materials produced under a Service agreement.
• "Agreement" means the service scope document and these Terms together.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Service Description

Siri Forge provides AI integration consulting and employee training services for businesses operating in Thailand. Our current service offerings include:

• Small Business AI Quick-Start Package (2-week advisory engagement)
• AI-Powered Logistics and Fleet Optimization (10-week implementation engagement)
• AI Innovation Lab Setup and Facilitation (12-week engagement)

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline an engagement if we determine that the fit is not appropriate after scoping.

4. User Responsibilities

As a client or website user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or entering into a service agreement
• Cooperate with reasonable requests during the engagement, including providing access to relevant data and personnel
• Use our Content and deliverables only for your own internal business purposes
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our deliverables without written consent
• Notify us promptly if your business circumstances change in ways that materially affect the engagement scope

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary approaches used by Siri Forge remain our intellectual property. Deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (such as recommendations reports and implementation guides) are licensed to you for internal use on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. Our facilitation playbooks are licensed for your internal use but may not be commercialised or distributed externally.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final deliverables
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer to our designated account
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Before work begins: Deposit refunded in full if cancellation is received in writing before the kick-off date
• After work begins: Deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to date will be delivered and invoiced proportionally
• Cancellation by Siri Forge: If we cancel an engagement, any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 days

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided in good faith and based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not warrant that implementing our recommendations will produce specific financial or operational outcomes. AI tools and commercial software products are third-party services beyond our control — we do not warrant their continued availability, pricing, or performance.

Nothing in our deliverables constitutes legal, financial, or regulated professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. We will not disclose client operational data or business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. If terminated by the client after work has commenced, payment is due for work completed to date. If terminated by Siri Forge due to client non-cooperation or non-payment, all work product remains our property until outstanding amounts are settled.

12. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes through direct discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation before either party initiates formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Bangkok.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and any signed scope document constitute the entire agreement between the parties
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or engagement of Services following an update constitutes acceptance.
